Which version of Word do I need for this course? Can I do it on my Mac?
You'll need Word for Windows 2007 or later, or Word for Mac 2010 or later, on your desktop, laptop, or tablet. If you have Word 2016 for Mac, you’ll have little problem translating the instructions. Earlier versions of Word for Mac may have different starting clicks, but once into the sequence, there’s little difference. Please visit the Microsoft Support website for more information.
How much Word knowledge do I need before I start the course?
Basic Word skills are all that are needed. Open a new file, type some text, save and close the file.
Are there prerequisites for this course?
You must have completed the Write & Draft course before you start this course. The templates used in Write & Draft are required for all other courses.
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish.
