You've finished your story, had it critiqued, and proof read it forwards and backwards. Now you want to enter contests for more feedback or start submitting it to agents and editors. Before you do either, there are a few more steps to go.

You'll need to add a cover page and page headers, move the chapter headings 1/2 to 2/3 down the page, give your manuscript one last careful review and then send it on its way.
